'Gigi and Zero' by Miss Fia, 7 years old

'Gigi and Zero' a charcoal drawing on canvas by Fia, 7 years old.  I love Fia's drawings...they are so whimsical and fun.  These are her two doxies...Zero and Gigi which her family adopted last September.  Fia loves mustaches and decided it would be fun to draw one on the dogs.  Next she is going to add color...though we may leave some of the drawing since her line work is so interesting. We'll keep you posted!

A beautiful landscape almost complete by Dr. S.  He is will be doing some finishing touches on this oil, which will be the first complete piece out of a series of 3 which will cover the same topic.

'Vase with Two Handles' by Fia

Fia finished her Matisse painting.  It came out perfect!.  An 11+16 oil on canvas paper. Good Job!

 Fia has been hard at work, her Matisse painting is done!.  The colors are beautiful! She finished up with oil pastels and a little pixie dust...to just a few of her flowers.  I have to get a good photo of the finished piece...it came out beautifully!! One of my favorite pieces.

 Her next project is going to be a self portrait.  Fia notices all the small details of an image so I am excited to see how she will interpret her own image working off of a photo and a mirror.
